TogetherVideo is more than a FREE video sharing site. The easy-to-use platform helps organizations connect with their community and most loyal supporters. We encourage you to become familiar with the site, use the tools and take advantage of all the benefits.

It is equally important that you familiarize yourself with the policies and rules of the site. TogetherVideo is a social platform that is built upon trust and adherence to our Community Guideline. Please do your part in making this an open and sharing community for all.

Organization Policies

Claimed versus Unclaimed page TogetherVideo is pre-populated with public pages that bear the names of schools and other non-profit organizations. These “community” pages allow our members to share events and videos associated with that organization. TogetherVideo does not actively manage these pages. We simply provide an organized gathering spot for users. An organization’s public page can be unclaimed or claimed.

Unclaimed: Public page has not been formally claimed by a legal representative of that organization. The page is not actively managed by that organization. All credit contributions will be collected and retained by TogetherVideo until the time the page is claimed.

Claimed and Certified: Public page has been formally claimed by a legal representative of that organization. The public page along with all functionality can be managed by that organization. Past credit contributions can be redeemed. Payment schedule of future credit contributions can be set. Claimed public pages will display the certified icon.

Claim Process

TogetherVideo requires an individual provide proof of legal representation of that organization to claim a public page. To begin the claim process, go to claims and complete the online form. A representative of TogetherVideo will contact you within 48 hours to complete the process. Please note, we take the claim process very seriously. Any misrepresentation may result in criminal prosecution.

Creating New Organizations

New organizations, not already pre-populated can be added by members. All submissions will be reviewed by TogetherVideo and must comply with the Community Guidelines and fall within these business classifications. Newly approved organization will be classified as Unclaimed.

Management of Uploaded Videos

All videos posted on TogetherVideo are associated with an organization and lists that organization’s name as part of it’s description. All videos associated with an organization will be displayed on that organization’s public page, Video Post tab. Although organization can’t directly control or delete videos displayed on this tab they do have functionality to manage videos associated with their organization.

Certified Videos: Organizations have the ability to view all posted videos and certify videos that meet their content standards. A “certified” video will display the TogetherVideo Certified Icon next to the video title. It is a symbol that conveys your trust and approval to all our members.

Home Tab: The organization’s public pages includes a tab (Home) that only displays videos with the Certified Icon. The Home tab serves as the front door to the entire public profile. Organizations have direct control over all videos displayed and can assure a quality level that is befitting their organization.

Report Video: All videos that do not meet our community guidelines should be reported. If you see a video within your organization’s public page please use this reporting process. We will review all reported content and ensure that our community guidelines are maintained.

Management of Created Events

Much like videos, all events created on TogetherVideo are associated with an organization and lists that organization’s name as part of it’s description. All events associated with an organization will be displayed on that organization’s public page, Events tab. Although organization can’t directly control or delete events displayed on this tab they do have functionality to manage events associated with their organization.

Certified Events: Organizations have the ability to view all created events and certify events that meet their standards. A “certified” event will display the TogetherVideo Certified Icon next to the event name. It is a symbol that conveys your trust and approval.

Report Event: All events that do not meet our community guidelines should be reported. If you see a event within your organization’s public page please use this reporting process. We will review all reported content and ensure that our community guidelines are maintained.

Designated Videographers

Would you like to find a videographer for a coming event? TogetherVideo allows organizations to seek and select a Designated Videographer that will do just that, at no direct cost. Think about it, don’t you want events where parents are watching their kids and not the screen of their phone? By using the Designated Videography features you eliminate crowds jostling to get the best shot while providing lasting memories to all. Simply go to Your Profile, Events tab to start the process

If the event is not certified, start by certifying the event. Only certified events can have a designated videographer.

Complete settings for credit contributions

Click on submit button and wait for applicants

Select one or more applicants from list

Arrange final details via messaging or offline

When the designated videographer uploads the video the organization’s settings for credit contributions will be applied. Organizations always maintain the right to set the contribution requirements for all designated videographer videos.

Admin and Delegation of Roles

Need help managing your organization’s page? TogetherVideo comes with a set of admin roles that you can assign to users in your organization. Each admin role maps to commonly used functions, and gives people in your organization permissions to do specific tasks. When creating a new administrator you'll select the individual and the their intended role.

Use admin roles to distribute administrative responsibilities among select users across your organization, including volunteers.

Assign admin roles for specific functions, like event creation, selecting designated videographers, certifying videos, promoting events and more.

There are four roles to choose from, Event Manager, Finance, Page Editor and Administrator

TogetherVideo waves the yearly renewal membership fee of all assigned admins. An organization can assign up to 15 admins.

Payments

TogetherVideo will pay organizations for redeemed TogetherVideo credits within fourteen (14) days of which such redemption was submitted. TogetherVideo will make all payments to your PayPal account or other payment method offered by TogetherVideo.

  • 100 Credits $33.00 ($0.33 per credit)
  • 250 Credits $90.00 ($0.36 per credit)
  • 500 Credits $190.00 ($0.38 per credit)
  • 1,000 Credits $4000.00 ($0.40 per credit)

TogetherVideo may withhold amounts or make adjustments: (a) to satisfy any refunds that it may make; (b) pending any investigation of fraud or other illegality; and (c) as required by US tax law. Please see payments page for full details.
